Will Haver has been in love with fresh ingredients since working in his mother’s garden outside of their Mountain Brook home. His introduction to working with garden-fresh food started there, and his beginnings in restaurant ownership began when he took over Crestline’s Otey’s Tavern in 2007. Haver then opened Taco Mama in December of 2011 and hasn’t looked back since, with his restaurant earning numerous accolades throughout the city and Haver himself even landing in the Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
