A Healthcare Joint Venture: What’s My Name Again?

The healthcare landscape experienced unprecedented change in 2016. Hospitals moved and changed names while across town two former competitors came together in a joint venture. Brookwood Baptist Health united Brookwood Medical Center, Baptist Health System and Tenet Healthcare. The new brand was launched in April of 2016 and Kate Darden will provide a behind the scenes look at the process, challenges and learnings.

Kate is responsible for brand management, service line marketing, advertising, public relations, content strategy, community engagement, and internal communications at Brookwood Baptist Health. Her career began at Southern Progress, where she led marketing for the Healthy Living Division, including blockbuster brands Cooking Light and Health.
