• Regional Cooperation: Bridging gaps between the 35 municipalities in Jefferson County and supporting opportunities to work together where everyone wins.
• Workforce Development: Aligning education, economic development, and workforce development efforts, with the goal of increasing job growth.
• Birmingham Violence Reduction Initiative: Cooperation with the City of Birmingham, the police department, and local community leaders to reduce violence.

With more than thirty years’ experience in marketing, corporate communications, and advertising, Ginger is responsible for strategic marketing initiatives, public relations, advertising, social media and branding for the organization.
