Our speaker, David Wilson, founder and CEO of Wilson Executive Group, will share how collaboration between marketing and sales is critical to drive customer engagement and business growth. He will explore how alignment between key sales strategies and marketing efforts contribute to overall success.
More About David Wilson
David Wilson is the Founder and CEO of Wilson Executive Group, a consulting firm
specializing in customized training programs designed to improve teamwork and
productivity within organizations. The firm specializes in Marketing, Sales, and
Leadership Development.
His career includes a diverse array of experiences, including military service in the U.S.
Air Force and 33 years as a Sales & Marketing Executive at UPS. Currently, David
continues his 25 year tenure as a marketing, sales, and management professor. The
culmination of his experience continues to contribute to the fields of sales, marketing
and leadership, while focusing on strong personal and professional relationships.
David has also served in key leadership roles, including as Past President of the Board
of Directors for the Central Alabama Food Bank and as a member of the American
Marketing Association’s (AMA) Professional Chapter National Council. He is a Past
President of the AMA Birmingham Chapter.
Outside of work, David is passionate about road biking, international travel, and
personal fitness. He and his wife, Christy, share a love for beekeeping and enjoy hiking
with their German Shepherd, Wilson.
