Ms. Cook’s professional expertise includes developing marketing and advertising strategies and creating growth strategies for targeted market areas. Her experience and education has helped to hone her marketing and sales expertise and business management acumen. Ms. Cook continues to build upon her leadership skills through extensive community service\, networking and hobbies which include international travel and when time permits reading\, photography and cooking. \nMs. Cook is currently the Director of Multicultural Marketing and Community Affairs for Coca-Cola Bottling Company United. Ms. Cook is responsible for multicultural marketing and community relations initiatives throughout the company’s Central Region\, which includes Alabama\, the Panhandle of Florida\, the Tennessee Valley area and parts of Georgia. As part of her role she will continue to develop and strengthen partnerships with the HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities)\, something Coca-Cola UNITED values greatly and has enjoyed for decades. Prior to working with Coca-Cola she worked with Cox Radio and Cumulus Media as an Account Executive\, General Sales Manager. Aronov Realty Management as Director of Marketing for Western Hills Mall. \nThe Birmingham Chapter of The American Marketing Association hosts our Signature Series Luncheon on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Harbert Center in downtown Birmingham. We feature a marketing expert sharing their expertise on topics relevant to the Birmingham marketing community.
